Descriptions, prices, and availability of services at both the Fitness Center and BodyWorks Spa are subject to change without notice.

Services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. For specific eligibility criteria, please refer to the respective consent forms for the Fitness Center and BodyWorks Spaor contact a team member from a specific location.
Limitation of Liability
Tangible Wellness is not liable for any injury or issue arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Arizona.
Privacy and Data Collection
Tangible Wellness collects personal information for the purpose of providing services and communication. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent. For more details, review our full privacy policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on TangibleWellness.org, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tangible Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.
User Conduct
Users of TangibleWellness.org are expected to use the website in a respectful and lawful manner. Any form of harassment, defamation, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access to our services.
Refunds
Tangible Wellness Fitness Center and Tangible Wellness BodyWorks Spa do not offer refunds. If deemed necessary, fitness center or spa credit may be provided.
Pricing and Promotions
Tangible Wellness reserves the right to modify or cancel any pricing and/or promotion listed on this site, any social media platform, or in print at any time without prior notice, and reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Unless otherwise noted, all promotions are subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Membership Sign-Up and Pricing (Fitness Center):
- Sign Up Process: When signing up for a new membership, one will be required to pay a one-time sign-up fee of $35 and will also pay the first quarterly fee of $25 (which is then billed every three months on the 15th of the month thereafter) in addition to your first month's membership fee. For example, if you choose a membership plan that costs $39.95 per month, your total initial payment at sign-up would be $35 (sign-up fee) + $25 (quarterly fee) + $39.95 (first month's fee) = $99.95. If you choose a plan that costs $89.95 per month, your total initial payment would be $149.95.
- Adding Members to Your Account: You may add up to four additional members to your account at the time of initial sign-up without incurring the $35 fee for each additional member. However, if you wish to add members after the initial sign-up, the $35 fee will apply for each new member added. Please note that each individual on the account, regardless of when they are added, is responsible for their own monthly membership fee and the $25 quarterly fee.
- Free 3-Day Pass Offer (Fitness Center & BodyWorks Spa): This offer is valid for new clients only. Individuals who have previously held a membership with Tangible Wellness Fitness Center or have redeemed a 3-day pass, 7-day pass, or day pass are ineligible. Participants must be Arizona residents and present a valid ID at the time of registration. This offer is limited to one redemption per customer. The 3-day trial includes access to the gym, Red Light Therapy, BioCharger, InBody Analytics, and the Vitamin D Lounge. Participants may select one complimentary BodyWorks Spa service from the following options: Lux Em Sculpt (body sculpting for one targeted area, including abs, arms, glutes, quads, or calves), Lux Pelvic Floor (support for rectal, vaginal, and bladder control, as well as erectile dysfunction), or a LightWave session. Additional BodyWorks Spa treatments during the trial period are available for $99 per session. After the trial, continued access to BodyWorks Spa services is available through a $50 per month membership add-on. All gym and spa services are available only during staffed hours.
- CureWave Promotion (BodyWorks Spa): This offer includes a free CureWave session, valid only for first-time clients and redeemable once per customer. To qualify, clients must have an active Fitness Center membership (not a trial) or present a physical promotional card. This offer must be redeemed in person.
