No all of our memberships are installment payments drafted from your credit/debit card monthly on the date you sign-up.
No, since we have limited memberships available we are unable to. Example if we are sold out and have 100 suspend/freeze we have the loss of revenue and can't sell more because we would be over our max capacity when the suspend/freeze members come back.

We are open Monday through Friday 4:30am to 11:00pm and Weekends 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please note that we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
As a Bronze member, there is a 50% discount on all single sessions of tanning and Red Light. We also offer Premium Packages that include tanning at a discount price.
